During this 2 hour session we (you, your support person and me) will work together to create a birth plan (or three, if you're a planner!)

During this session we will cover all of the decisions you may need to make during your labour & delivery, as well as after baby is born.
​
After our session I will provide you with a visual birth plan that you can customize and print out to take with you to the hospital and provide to staff upon admittance. This will make sure everyone knows your birth plan.

I will remain with you through the entire length of your labour including up to 2 hours after the baby is born to ensure established breastfeeding (if that is the method the family chooses).

Will take place within the first week of baby's birth, generally 1 to 2 days after, sometimes sooner if requested. These visits are to ensure that mother and partner are comfortable, mother is healing well, transition into parenthood is comfortable and breastfeeding is going well (if this is the method the family chooses).
